The sunny holiday home "Casa Osborne" offers the perfect setting for the most beautiful time of the year, your holiday. On the upper floor of the 260m² air-conditioned holiday home are the spacious living room with high-quality upholstered furniture, smart TV and integrated dining room, a bedroom and a shower room. The spacious kitchen is more than fully equipped. Here you can prepare Mediterranean dishes with pleasure. The adjoining sea view terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a "Weber" gas barbecue and invites you to cosy barbecue evenings with the illuminated pool. A sweeping outdoor staircase covered with bougainvillea flowers leads down to the pool area. The private, sheltered pool (8 m x 4 m, chlorine) with sun loungers and outdoor shower is nestled in a lovely Mediterranean garden, planted with flowering hibiscus bushes, citrus trees and bougainvilleas. Another highlight is the furnished roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the bay of Alcúdia. Watch the sunsets or enjoy a full body tan under the blue skies of Mallorca. Downstairs are three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with full en suite bathroom overlooking the pool. Another full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Highlight in Alcudia/ Alcanada are the walking distance to the natural beach, to one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, to the small lighthouse island and to a very nice restaurant with sea terrace. The well-known tourist resort, Puerto de Alcudia, is only a few minutes away by car or bus.
