This one of a kind roof top apartment is located close to the city center of Santa Pola within walking distance to everything.
5 min walk to food stores and shopping, 10 min walk to the nearest beach, 15 min car ride to Alicante airport and 25 min car ride to Alicante city.
The apartment is modern, renovated and the perfect place to spend your vacation. It is located on the top floor, with direct access to a private roof top terrace (35 m2) with a dining area, barbecue, lounge area and sun chairs where you can enjoy yourself both during the day and the evening.
The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (160cm) in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dish washer. The bathroom is equipped with a big shower, a double bath tub and double sinks.
The central Air conditioner will keep you comfortable all year round.
You will find 2 sun chairs and a portable parasol in the storage room which you can bring to the beach.
When you arrive you will find cold drinks in the fridge, coffee, tea etc and oil/spices for cooking.
