Casa Voramar has internet, air- conditioning in the living room, terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, covered terrace with wicker furniture, 3 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning and balcony), 2 bathrooms with bathtub and a separate kitchen. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV, air-conditioning and access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The washing machine is in a storage room on the 1st floor. There is a community pool surrounded by lawn. The distance to the sandy Arenal beach with restaurants, bars, boulevard and shops is 800m, to the rocky Montañar II Beach only 210 meters. Pets are allowed.
