Casa Xanadu is a family-run enterprise that was established in 2000. We offer guests the opportunity to stay in our homes in Seville and Carmona, and aim to provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience. Additionally, we have a venue for events in Carmona, where we welcome friends, families, and corporate groups to host their events. We are able to assist with organising services such as in-house cooking, transportation, live music, etc. The business was founded in honour of our father's passion for Andalucia and his dream of opening a restaurant in Carmona, serving cuisine from the Silk Route. We look forward to welcoming guests to our Andalusian homes.

The stylish and comfortable apartments have been recently renovated, with all the modern amenities needed for a perfect stay. The building includes 3 one-bedroom apartments. Guests can book one, two, or three separate apartments or the entire villa. You can easily enter the villa using the main entrance's keyless entry. Each apartment also has its own keyless access. 1 day before check-in you will receive the access code which will be available throughout your stay. The villa is a charming and recently renovated property that offers a blend of traditional Andalusian charm and modern amenities. You will have complimentary access to the inner patio. The rooftop terrace area and designer lounge can be accessed with an additional fee. These spaces are also available to be booked for special events and parties.
