Located in the countryside it is a spacious, quiet and tranquil setting - ideal for relaxing escape. The 2-storey newly-built property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an additional toilet and, can therefore accommodate 6 people. Furnishings are also new. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV with streaming services available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a covered terrace. The perfect setting to relax, soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the pool and dine outside with your loved ones. Free parking is available on the property and in a garage.
