Beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom luxury apartment only 10 minutes walk from Villamartin plaza where all the bars and restaurants are at your fingertips. The property overlooks a large feature pool with a children's pool attached. The property resides in a secure gated community. This beautiful 2 bed property is furnished to the highest standards with everything you could dream of to make your holiday perfect. This apartment has a beautiful large living room and dining area with full UK and worldwide TV and FREE WIFI. The kitchen has all of the mod con's you can imagine so you can enjoy cooking for the family. There are 2 bedrooms one with single beds and the master bedroom has a large super king bed that can be split into singles if required. The Master bedroom has a small dressing room with a large en-suite . There is also a main bathroom directly across from both bedrooms. The entire house is fully air-conditioned. There is a beautiful large terrace leading out from the lounge overlooking the feature pool where you can dine outside or simply relax at the lounging area. There are loungers and sun shades at the pool area for you to use to relax and chill. Also you can visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall. This is one of the largest outdoor shopping malls in Europe only a 5 minutes drive away. A supermarket and a taxi rank is right next to the plaza..... Villamartin golf course is only a 3 min drive and there are numerous fabulous courses all over the region, from the famous La Finca, las Ramblas, Campamour and Las Colinas courses to name but a few. The Townhouse is literally a 10 minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from Italian, Indian and European to 5-star dining. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment throughout the year. There is also a Children's play are which is open throughout the summer months.
