The 2-storey property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided for a fee. This property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, a covered terrace, and a balcony. 1 parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed, and no noise is permitted between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are kindly reminded to respect the neighborhood and the neighbors at all times during their stay and to be mindful not to cause any inconvenience. Air conditioning is not available.
