Only 400 meters from the beach of Playa del Inglés and 700 meters from the famous Dunes of Maspalomas. Nearby is the Yumbo Shopping Center, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The apartment is furnished and equipped with all comforts. The living room has a kitchenette with appliances (electric oven, microwave oven, induction plate, dishwasher, refrigerator), while the sleeping area offers a French bed (140×200) and a wardrobe. The apartment includes two smart-TVs ″, one in front of the bed and the other in the living area. A large sliding window with a wide opening overlooks the pool, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing view of the outdoor area.
