Space, comfort and design in a quiet urbanisation with community pool, a few steps away from the sea and the centre! New holiday townhouse (2023) on 5 floors with large private garage for 2/4 cars, children's play area in the basement, wide living/sleeping open space in the semi-basement with queen size bed, sofa, TV, desk and chair. On the ground floor of this exceptional property is the living room, a large open plan kitchen, fully equipped and with a dining area for 8 people, direct access to the terrace with another outdoor dining area and a chill-out corner, protected from the sun thanks to its large umbrella. On the first level are the 3 bedrooms, one of them with its en suite bathroom, as well as another bathroom with shower. On the top floor, this accommodation offers two further terraces, one with views towards the majestic Teide and the other with a private Jacuzzi and two sun loungers. As usual, WI-FI, bed linen, towels, beach towels, ironing kit and a hairdryer are included. We advise all our guests that it is FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment inside this holiday property. We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the possible activation of the alarm. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
