Modern apartment finely furnished just 5 minutes from the sea! It is located on the fourth floor of a large residential complex with a swimming pool. Situated in the most sought-after area of Playa del Inglés, just a few minutes from Yumbo and 500 meters from the beach. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom area, living room, and balcony.

My accommodation is close to: The beach Restaurants and shops Family-friendly activities Maspalomas Dunes YUMBO Center There is a small supermarket just a few steps away. Additional shops, bars, and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away in the Kasbah, Yumbo, and Cita shopping centers. The beach is a 4-minute walk. You can park your car on the street outside the property. If you prefer not to drive yourself, you can take a taxi, It is not expensive
