Located just 2 km outside the pretty old town of Teulada, this impressive Finca enjoys beautiful views across the country side of Teulada. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the combination of spacious open and covered patio creates the perfect place to relax and savor these remarkable vistas. Inside the villa emanates a modern style providing spacious accommodation throughout. Finca Argudo is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to experience the local town life style and benefit from having amenities nearby. The villa is located in a very quiet area on a country road. With its large private swimming pool, spacious sun patio, ping-pong table, it is a good choice for families wanting to be off from everyday life. This villa is a two storey holiday home. The lower level: spacious lounge living room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fire place and dinning room next to the fitted kitchen is fully equipped. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with a shower room. Upstairs via internal stairs there are two double bedrooms, both with own ensuite bathrooms. Underfloor heating across the whole villa and A/C in all 4 bedrooms.
