The country house Finca Fani 2, which is situated in Agüimes, overlooks the mountain and the nearby sea. The 80 m² country house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, heating, air conditioning in the living room as well as a TV. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine. The country house boasts a private outdoor area with a 50 m² covered terrace and a balcony, that invites you to relax and enjoy the view. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Free parking is available on the street and on the property (private parking for 3 cars, shared between all the cottages). Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce, depending on availability. The owner of the house has pets in private areas, they have no contact with guests.
