The property of 14.000m2 is fenced and the privacy is total. The house has 160 m2 on one floor. It is characterised by its simplicity, comfort and luminosity. Upon entering we find a large open concept area where kitchen, dining room and living room appear together and have air conditioning. You can relax on the comfortable sofas and watch satellite TV (German channels). The dining table seats up to 6 people. Finally, the kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The house has three bedrooms to rest. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, as well as the last and third bedroom. All are equipped with air-conditioning. If you are travelling with a baby, we have a cot and high chair available on request. The house is completed with a bathroom with shower. Finca Isabel and Guillermo, is a sustainable housing in which we take advantage of the resources of the environment to minimize environmental impact, therefore and responsible consumption of air conditioning / heating, will be charged on site according to consumption. (5 euros per day a/c) (electricity cost 0,40cts / kw, of which 50% of consumption will be paid).
