Pretty beach house for 5-6 people with private pool and large garden, located near one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Oliva, just 300 m from the magnificent natural dunes beach. The private, fenced plot has parking for several vehicles and a carport. The holiday home, all on the ground floor and recently renovated and well equipped, is divided into a bright living-dining area with aircon and TV (spanish), 2 bed rooms with full-size beds, 1 bed room with a single bed (extra bed on request), another dressing room, a shower bathroom, a perfectly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a large porch with terrace furniture.

Neighbourhood information

This is a magnificent place to spend the days outdoors, next to the beach, relaxed and enjoying the pool or preparing a barbecue in the garden which is furnished with tables and seats. On the large lawn you can sunbathe and the children can play on the swings, which makes it the ideal home for a family vacation. The villa is furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, TV, wifi internet, air conditioning (hot/cold) in all the bedrooms and in the lounge. Peacful area on the beach of Burguera in Oliva (300 metres), 200 metres from the nearest restaurants and 250 metres from the nearest supermarket. The Oliva Nova golf course is 7 km away. The city of Oliva is at only 5 minutes (3 km), Denia 25 minutes (25 km) and the Portal de La Marina shopping center in Ondara 20 km. The holiday home is located between Alicante and Valencia, the airports can be reached within approximately 1 hour (Valencia) and 1 hour 15 minutes (Alicante). For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
