The 135 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suited for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a television, while a baby cot and a highchair are available on request. The private covered terrace with seating furniture offers enough space to start the day with breakfast while you overlook the beach Playa Cala Millor and the sea in front of you. Just across the street, you can relax on the white sandy beach and swim in the clear blue water. Within 1-3 minutes on foot (50-250m), you will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants as well as a pharmacy. The apartment is located a 25-minute drive (22 km) from Manacor and a one-hour drive from Palma de Mallorca and the international airport. Street parking is available.
