Newly renovated beach apartment with wonderful view! Step out onto the beach from this apartment's fantastic location on the first floor of the building with elevator access. The cozy terrace overlooks the Playa del Cura beach and promenade, as well as a lush private garden. The garden features an outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The spacious living room features a large sofa bed and smart TV. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a stunning sea view, and can comfortably accommodate up to six people. For larger groups, the large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional two guests, bringing the total to eight. Enjoy modern amenities such as two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and living room, fans in all of the rooms, washing machine, dryer, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is conveniently located near authentic Spanish restaurants, bars, shops, and clubs. Free street parking and airport shuttle service are available.
