This fantastic house is located next to the San Nicolás viewpoint, offering privileged views of the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain. Located in the picturesque Albaicín neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas of Granada, this three-story house (basement, ground floor, and first floor) can accommodate 10 guests. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV, armchair, side table, and a dining table for 6 people. From the living room, you can access the back garden, which features outdoor furniture, a porch, an unheated pool, and views of the ancient Nazarite wall. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds, garden views, and an en-suite bathroom. This floor also has stairs leading to the first floor, where there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with two single beds. The master bedroom features a balcony with views of the Alhambra. Accessing the basement from the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
