This cosy duplex apartment with terrace is located in Orzola, a picturesque and peaceful fishing village in the north of Lanzarote that reflects the most genuine character of the island. With capacity for 4 people and decorated in a simple and functional way, this flat of almost 65m² has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a charming terrace perfect for relaxing after an intense day, enjoying the wildest and most impressive area of the island. This bright duplex offers everything you need for a perfect stay. On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen connects to a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, Smart TV and fibre Wi-Fi. From here you can access the cosy 15m² terrace, the ideal place to relax and share unforgettable moments with family or friends. On the second floor, designed for privacy and comfort, is the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and large windows that flood the space with light and offer splendid views of the Valle Chico wildlife reserve. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. The property is close to La Cantería beach, ideal for surfing, and the magical Caletón Blanco beach, accessible by a beautiful path of lava and tabaibas along the coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, hot water boiler, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker, as well as the essential utensils for a comfortable stay. There is also a hairdryer and iron, iron and ironing board, towels and sheets. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost for the first baby, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay. There are stairs inside. Free parking is available nearby. Snorkelling, surfing and hiking (trekking poles in the house) can be done in the immediate vicinity.

The village of Órzola is a picturesque and quiet coastal village located in the north of Lanzarote, where the quiet streets and relaxed atmosphere reflect the authentic character of the island. Just a few metres from the harbour where the hustle and bustle of daytime visitors preparing to catch the ferry to the island of La Graciosa contrasts with the peace and quiet of the village after sunset, when only the locals stroll through the streets. Just a stone's throw away from the numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the authentic local cuisine. Located at the foot of the magnificent tabaiba forest of Malpaís de La Corona, one of the most impressive natural sites in the region, it is the gateway to the marine reserve of the islets of the Chinijo Archipelago, the largest in Europe. All this makes the area a perfect place for visitors who want to get off the beaten tourist track and choose to explore the wilder and more authentic side of the island. You can surf on the beach of Las Canterías, dive in the rocky seabed of the protected area of La Graciosa Island, take relaxing sunbaths in the various lava and white sand coves nearby, sail in kayaks, rent a bicycle and ride along the endless cycle paths that run through the north of the island, go trekking and enjoy the beautiful views of the cliffs and volcanic landscapes of the area. However, Órzola is at the same time only a few kilometres away from the most famous and best tourist attractions such as Los Jameos del Agua, with its famous auditorium built in a volcanic cave where you can enjoy, if you are lucky, an unforgettable evening concert, the Cueva de los Verdes, El Mirador del Río, the bustling and lively markets of Haría and Teguise, the old capital of the island.... But when the day's activity is over, you can take refuge in the peaceful haven of a quiet village where you can regain your strength.
