Property information

Renovated apartment with a large balcony and great sea views - city views. The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for longer stays. There is a large shared swimming pool and sunbathing area also with sea views. There is a comfortable double bed and large fitted wardrobe in the bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need including oven, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker etc. The apartment is in a quiet area within walking distance of the Europa Shopping Centre. It is recommended to have a vehicle to get to the two nearby beaches in less than ten minutes.

Neighbourhood information

The complex is at the top of the hill above Puerto Rico. The Europa shopping centre with shops, bars and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Amadores beach is approximately a 30 minute walk downhill. It is very easy to get a taxi back up from the beach if you don't fancy walking uphill. Many people rent a car so that they can see the island, although the bus service is very good in Gran Canaria too. The taxis are also inexpensive. There is free parking on the road near the complex although obviously it is first come first serve.
