The nüa alameda is located in the emblematic Alameda de Hércules, just a 2-minute walk from the Torre de Don Fadrique, in the heart of Seville. We offer free WiFi, a shared rooftop terrace and a courtesy service in an interior courtyard, available during limited hours. All our rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and free toiletries. Heating is also available, and towels and bed linen are provided. Tourist assistance is offered to all guests at reception. Seville's tourist bus stops just 7 minutes from the Núa Alameda. The Giralda, Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar are within a 20-minute walk. Isla Magica theme park is just a 5-minute walk away and the Guadalquivir River is 400 metres away.
