Terrassen, utsikten och det fantastiska läget i centrum av Torre del Mar.
Lägenheten består av två sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng och ett med två enkelsängar. Ett välutrustat kök samt ett grovkök med tvättmaskin. Stort vardagsrum med loungdel och matdel och utgång till den fantastiska terrassen där solen skiner hela dagen.
Fastigheten har hiss och pool som är öppen under sommarmånaderna.
Jag älskar själv att hyra bostad när jag är på semester. Hotell är för turistigt för mig, jag vill uppleva ett resmål som om jag var ortsbo. Av samma anledning är jag förtjust i orter som inte domineras av turister. Utifrån mina erfarenheter så är alla lägenheter jag hyr ut inredda så som jag själv önskar att det skall fungera när jag är gäst. Känn dig som hemma.
Spanien har länge varit mitt favoritland. Jag älskar människorna, maten och kulturen.
När jag själv är på semester så vill jag ha nära till bad, nära till shopping och så vill jag ha en terrass. Jag vill bo mitt i byn med gångavstånd till allt och jag vill ha nära till en större stad.
Allt det har jag hittat öster om Malaga. Perfekt!
Numera hjälper jag även några svenska vänner med att sköta uthyrningen av deras lägenheter. Så några av lägenheterna är inte mina egna.
