Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The penthouse includes 1 bathroom and a well-equipped private kitchen with a small utility area. Amenities include private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and beach towels. You can enjoy a private open terrace and a balcony with amazing views of Jávea bay. Natural light fills the entire property, creating the feeling of being on a boat with panoramic sea views from the main living room and the master bedroom. The second bedroom gives access to a small private terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens of the residential complex, as well as the Tosalet mountains. You will have access to a shared outdoor pool. Community parking is available on the property. Events and parties are not allowed. Check-in for guests under 25 is prohibited.
