the flat is located by car about 10 min drive from the port and beach of Puerto Banus and a 10 min drive from marbella.
It has beautiful views of the mountains sea golf courses and pool . The flat has stunning views where the coastline can also be seen beautifully. From the spacious sunny terrace you look at the beautiful pool. The flat has a nice living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, there is WIFI available. Also, the whole flat has air conditioning / heating.

We have had this beautiful flat in Marbella for several years now. , but this is not the reason we have a flat on a golf course. We chose la Quinta because it is quiet but you are quickly at the beach. San Pedro is 5 minutes away by car. but also the beautiful old centre of Marbella is a short 15-minute drive away. From the apartment you can make nice trips to the hinterland such as Ronda.
