Bright one-bedroom flat located right on the beachfront of Playa Las Canteras, where the sea is your daily companion. ★ This open-concept space invites you to relax, work, and enjoy coastal life to the fullest. ★ Open-plan kitchen-dining-living-working space, which features a large window that frames stunning views of the ocean and the communal pool. While the bedroom doesn’t have an external window, the wide doorway connecting it to the lounge allows plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. ★ This accommodation doesn't accept children under the age of 6. ★ The work area of this flat consists of an electric height-adjustable standing desk (standing up at times relaxes the back and prevents injuries), an office chair and a computer screen that you can connect to your laptop - all with the soothing backdrop of the sea. ​★ Modern and functional bathroom, which boasts a spacious shower and very good water pressure. We include two full sets of towels per guest and a beach towel for each person, a hair dryer and gel and shampoo dispensers for your convenience. ​★ Community pool. ★ This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a 7-storey building. Thanks to the lift, there are no steps to climb to reach the apartment from the building's entrance.

★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem.
