These modern apartments are situated in the historic centre of Seville, just 50 metres from the Cathedral and Avenida de la Constitución Avenue. All apartments offer city views and free Wi-fi. Living Sevilla’s bright apartments feature high ceilings and a modern black and red décor. They include an LCD TV, ironing facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge. The original wood-framed windows open out onto a small balcony overlooking the street. Living Sevilla Apartments Catedral is within less than 10 minutes’ walk of some of the city’s main landmarks, including the Torre del Oro, the Alcázar and the University of Seville. The apartments are also well-connected with a tram stop just 250 metres away on Plaza Nueva. Visitors can take the tram to Prado de San Sebastián bus station, with services within Andalusia and other Spanish destinations, including Barcelona, Cartagena and Murcia. The Santa Justa Train Station with high-speed trains to Madrid is about 25 minutes’ walk away.

This magnificent and bright holiday home is located in the heart of the city of Seville, in the old town, one of the most monumental and important in Europe. The house is located in Calle García de Vinuesa 14, just 50 metres from the cathedral of Seville, the Avenida de la Constitución and the most important monuments of the city. This building was catalogued by the Andalusian heritage, it is characterised by its typical Andalusian typology, balconies, cornices and parapets of ironwork and burgundy and albero colours. The building was refurbished in 2009 by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers who have managed to maintain the essence of the building with a modern decoration in keeping with the 21st century. Please note that it has steep stairs that can be a little uncomfortable.

Neighbourhood information

One minute from the Duomo in the Arenal, a former port area of ​​the compass the lagoon during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Today, it remains a major meeting point for Seville, especially the world of bullfighting, theater, opera and the brotherhoods.
