As we are a tourist apartment (NOT a Hotel), we act as if we were at home, where we change the sheets and towels service once every 7 nights. So:
- For stays LESS than 7 nights: We DO NOT change the sheets and towels service that you’ll find when you arrive
- For stays longer than 7 nights: YES we change the textile, once every 7 nights
- If you want us to change the Sheets&Towels service during the week, we can optionally offer you the service, with an additional charge of 20€/PERSON/SERVICE, to BE PAID EVERY TIME ON THE SAME DAY that THE SERVICE IS CHANGED (NO makes a single charge on the day of departure).
- IMPORTANT: If you are interested in hiring the Optional Sheets&Towels service,
PLEASE always notify us in advance, so that we can have enough stock and be able to change them,
because we contract the textile service to an industrial laundry. Thanks. - Minimum Service: 2 people
2) CHECK IN on SUNDAY or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
- We will wait for you and will give you a warm welcome, as we always do with all our travelers but we will charge you a small supplement of 30€, in recognition of having to work our personal day of rest, What is the day we dedicate to being with our family.
- Public Holidays: January 1, January 6, March 10, Holy Thursday, Holy Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, June 24, August 15, September 8, September 11, September 24, October 12, November 1, December 6, December 8, December 24, December 25, December 31
3) NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
3.1- The tenant agrees NOT to occupy the apartment by a number greater than indicated in the booking confirmation
3.2- IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with these regulations will lead to the breaking of this contract,
leaving the tenant NO right to any type of compensation: the tenant MUST LEAVE the apartment IMMEDIATELLY.
3.3- MAXIMUM n* PEOPLE:
- SPANISH LAW, according to m2, n* rooms & bathrooms, terraces, etc
DEFINE, for EACH APARTMENT, a MAXIMUM NUMBER of PEOPLE that may be inside a property.
For this property, The MAXIMUM NUMBER is: 4 people for the SMALL apartment, and 6 people for the BIG apartment.
VERY VERY IMPORTANT: IN NO CASE This number MAY BE EXCEEDED.
Due to the large influx of people who usually visit our town, The CITY COUNCIL of LLANARS,
To avoid any problems, is VERY STRICT with this rule: THE POLICE IMPOSES a MAJOR PUNISHMENT
(Important: to the people who are inside the apartment) if they FIND on a property more people than legally allowed
4) PETS:
- We LOVE pets, However, unfortunately we DO NOT accept pets.
- If even so, you ignore this rule and arrive accompanied by your pet, know that upon arrival, will be charged to you 50€/ EACH night / EACH pet.
- In the event you arrive accompanied by your pet, and refuse to pay this additional amount,
You”ll NOT receive any money from the rent payment: If you refuse to pay the requested money: NO refund.
- If you arrive with your pet, and/or introduce a pet during your stay, that is, you lie to us about this (you break the clear rule) and we discover you, we’ll inmediatelly notify Booking of your scam, and you´ll be immediately expelled from the property, without being able to recover any amount you paid when making the reservation
5) BEHAVIOUR:
- This is a VERY QUIET & NO NOISY full of families with childs AREA.
- You WILL AVOID in any case to CAUSE INCONVENIENCES to the occupants of other flats of the building,
AVOIDING whole and absolutely NOISES and CONDUCTS that COULD DISTURB THE REST of other neighbours.
- PARTIES inside the apart, or in the commom building area are absolutelly FORBIDDEN.
- FAILURE to COMPLY with these regulations will lead to the breaking of this contract, without granting the tenant any right to any type of compensation:
The tenant MUST immediately LEAVE the apartment.
- The tenant will be responsible for both his own acts and those committed by the remaining occupants
of the house, including occasional ones, for the purposes of a possible compensation that may arise for damages suffered by the lessor.
