Note: The villa has a motion detector in the living room as part of the security system. It is not a camera and does not record anything. During your stay, the alarm system is turned off, so the motion detector is inactive and cannot detect movement. Note: *Please note: All guests must be at least 30 years old. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 8 guests are allowed in the rental at any time. Policy: • In case of lost keys, a fee of fifty will be charged to cover replacement • Any damaged or permanently stained item will be charged twenty five per unit to cover replacement • A two hundred fifty fee will be charged to if spa was used without permission
