Mas Peirot is an authentic farmhouse of 850 m2, originally built in 1800 and recently renovated in the original style. The farm has 60 hectares including 6 hectares of vineyards and 1 hectare of fruit trees. It is located in the municipality of Cunit (12 minutes from Sitges and 25 minutes from Barcelona with a comfortable motorway 1.5 km from the farmhouse). It is a fabulous environment to relax and enjoy a quiet holiday in a natural environment. Up to 18 people. La Masia has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. Dimension of beds : 90x200. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with lawn and trees and an XXL pool 5m x 10m with sun loungers. Large villa with 2 floors. Booking commission: All prices include the 15 percent Booking commission. Booking and cancellation policies: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. From that point, 100 percent of the booking amount will be charged. No charges apply if cancelled within 24 hours after booking. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000 and cash. Credit card payments have a 3 percent surcharge. Bank transfers are accepted at no extra cost. Security deposit: 3000 euros for more than 14 guests. New Year’s Eve: 1250 euros per night. 💼 Damage deposit: 2000 euros. Cleaning costs (including towels and bed linen): Up to 7 nights: 480 euros. Two weeks: intermediate cleaning 100 euros plus final cleaning 480 euros.
