Mayo terrace is an apartment for those of you that want to be in the heart of town,2 minutes walk from beach,1 minute walk from bars and restaurants. This apartment, renovated to a high standard features an open lounge, kitchen / dinner ,off the lounge, patio doors open onto a private terrace providing sun all day, it is a real sun trap. Off the lounge is the bedroom with super king size bed and again patio doors open onto the large terrace. luxury bathroom with a large shower. For that extra guest there is a sofa bed in the lounge. This apartment is non smoking but smoking is allowed on the terrace. The apartment is on the third floor, however be aware, there is no lift in the building. There are bars and restaurants in the street below , this apartment suits the party people.... During the day it is quiet and the terrace is a great place to chill, all day sun trap.
