The house is equipped with a Smart TV, super fast internet, air conditioning and heating, a sunny communal swimming pool, underground parking and a fantastic location. There is 1 large bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, toilet and heating element. In addition, a separate toilet is available.
From Natura Pinet -1 it is only 1.5 kilometers to the center of the village and 400 meters to the extensive sandy beaches of La Marina. From the living room we enter the partly covered terrace.
