This magnificent building in the heart of Toledo's historic town center, was completely renovated in 2023 to touristic apartment standards. The building is located in a quiet residential area and within a four minute walk of the cathedral and Alcazar of Toledo. There are 2 single-bedroom apartments on the second floor, 2 two-bedroom apartments on the first floor, and one three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. All units are equipped with the highest quality furnishings and hotel quality amenities. The bedrooms have premium five-star hotel quality mattresses to ensure a good night sleep. The living rooms have very comfortable 150*190 sofa/beds, 50-inch Smart TVs, and complete kitchens with brand new full size appliances in order to make you feel at home. In the kitchen, we also supply the best extra virgin oil from Jaén, vinegar, sugar, coffee, salt and spices, a complimentary bottle of wine, some sweets (palmeritas, muffins), tea, coffee and most important of all, a five stage water filtration system, providing you with unlimited drinking water, and avoiding trips to the supermarket to buy heavy bottles of water. Nor can we forget the completely modern bathrooms with the best quality finishes, spacious walk-in showers and thermostatic faucets. In the bathrooms we supply shampoo, shower gel, and hotel amenities such as a sewing kit, shower cap, cotton pad and swab. To make your bathing more fun, you can connect via Bluetooth to our speaker and enjoy the music of your choice. Finally, each apartment is equipped with a very powerful air conditioning unit, ensuring very pleasant stays in the hot summer months and the cold winter nights.

ATTENTION: If you come by car you cannot go to the building, the streets of the old town of Toledo are not made for cars, go directly to the parking lot that we recommend (Corralillo de San Miguel) and from there it is a 5 minute walk.
