Fully renovated flat with all new appliances and hotel-level bed linens and towels. Along with a good view from the windows, there is a lift for 3-4 persons. A good Wi-Fi coverage of the flat with 2G+5G, Ethernet ports in the flat, and working tables/chairs.
Originally from Ukraine, was used to live in Poland, Slovakia, and now in Spain. Trying to deliver high-quality service and something above it.
Located very close to the city center - easy to walk anywhere, and buses are connected to the beach. There are plenty of streets around with completely free parking slots, with no time limit. Overall, it's a residential building, my flat might be the only one with a tourist license here.
