The apartment has a private parking spot in the garage of the urbanization. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community’s swimming pool in the summer season! There is a supermarket just 5 min walk from the apartment. From Santa Pola you can easily explore other cities on Costa Blanca and the airport is just 15-20 min away. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with a bunk bed. The apartment has another full bathroom. The apartment has a bright and spacious dining- and living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces. On the rooftop terrace there is a barbecue and a dining table, a perfect location to have dinner while enjoying the views and an amazing sunset. Guests enjoy full access to the apartment and facilities. The urbanization offers a pool which is open during the summer season. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building. Please be aware that while we do our absolute best to ensure a comfortable stay, as hosts we cannot be held responsible or accountable for circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, weather, seasonal maintenance of facilities, illness, or other unforeseen factors that may affect our guests’ travels. If an issue arise that prevents you from traveling, our recommendation is to reach out to your travel insurance company for compensation for the non-refundable travel expenses.
