Stay in this cozy, low-rise house located by the sea, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the ocean. Its privileged location makes it a perfect place to relax in a peaceful setting, 20 meters from the Playa de L'Almadrava. Garden and private terrace, with outdoor dining area and garden shower. Pets are welcome. Enjoy relaxing listening to the sound of the sea from your terrace. Kitchen with everything you need; dishwasher washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron. Inner hall. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two queen bedrooms with bunk beds, with closets and a full bathroom. All nearby services: supermarkets, restaurants. 8 km from Denia town. Due to its proximity to the sea and the natural environment, and although we carry out periodic control treatments, the occasional appearance of insects such as cockroaches may occur at certain times of the year and is beyond our control. You will receive our recommendations to ensure a comfortable and well-kept stay. We look forward to welcoming you!
I am a mother of three children, married, working and from Valencia. With enthusiasm I have renovated this house in Denia, on the beach and I have become a Host. We regularly use booking to travel with our children. We love to travel!!!!!
Near the house you can enjoy all the services, in addition, Denia is a very lively city both in winter and in summer. It has a constant population throughout the year. Its old town is highly appreciated, with its castle and its narrow streets with shops and restaurants. Its popular Moors and Christians festivals are famous in the area and really showy. It has several marinas and a ferry line that connects with Ibiza and Formentera daily in summer. Denia has been named a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and is famous for its gastronomy with several Michelin Star restaurants. In addition, its climate is especially mild and placid, it has a long coastline of 20 km of sand and/or pebble beach, and a rocky area where you can fish, walk and enjoy beautiful coves. If you prefer interior and mountains, this area of ​​Alicante also offers it.
