Guadalupe is a district/neighborhood located near Murcia and perfectly connected by the A7 highway to an exit from Murcia and connected by the tram that will leave us at the Plaza Circular in 20 minutes. We have 400 meters from the house and with views from the terrace of the imposing Jerónimos Monastery, headquarters of the UCAM Catholic University and you can also visit the Rueda de la Ñora, a ferris wheel built in the 15th century and an Asset of Cultural Interest, dating back to the 15th century and is intended to lift water from the irrigation ditch to other smaller canals that end up in the orchards located at a higher altitude than where the waterwheel is located. 300 meters from the establishment you have a shopping center with a market and you can also walk to a gas station that has a small Consum supermarket open every day until 11 p.m. You can visit Murcia and its surroundings and rest in this wonderful apartment, enjoying its pool where you can enjoy until 11 p.m.
