I have eight years experience in holiday rents, and i only run my one properties, this means that i do all my best to get good relations with the guests and i have all my time able for them. I will try to avoid any problem with the holidays of each one. I know that your holiday days are very important and must run without any problem. Before i started with the holiday rentals i worked more than 20 years with different matters in relations with tourist and construction. Normally i receive in the apartment every guest and will do recommendations from the island, inform about the property, and responde any question you have, in this moment or later.

Informatie over de accommodatie

This apartment it is complety refurnished from November 2.017, and all the clients that has visited it like it very much, i try to offer a space very comfortable like at home. The best option is to see the pictures. The apartment is in a residential complex, the apartment attached to this has not touristic use, their owners, a family with two children, use it for themself, to expend days near the beach under the sun. It is in the first line , no buildings between it and the sea. It is south face very sunbright and protected from wind. There are a fiber internet connection and a computer screen is available, under request, so it is ready for teleworking.

Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen, are the best weather conditions in the island, it is the first spot for holidays in the island in the 70,s of the 20thcentury, probably the place with must sun hours and less wind. And it is a very important spot for diving. Puerto del Carmen is a tourist town, but in this area of Playa Chica there are a lot of residential people living, with few complex, that do this place more quiet and with a local atmosphere. But if you want more action only with a small walk of 5 minutes you will arrive to restaurants, pubs etc.
