It is located in a very lively, especially in summer, area - Arenal, famous for its long sandy beach Playa de Palma with its promenade full of cafes and ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets, and everything you need to spend an excellent vacation on the coast. Amilcar House is a house with a special Mallorcan charm, where guests spend a splendid holiday. The property offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a set of comfortable sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three large bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds and an elegant bathroom with a bathtub. You will appreciate a spacious patio with a dining table and barbecue, where you can enjoy meals or have a drink with your friends. Several bus lines take you to the center of Palma de Mallorca from where you can take the intermodal bus to visit any place on our beautiful island. We also think it is important to know that you will find a bicycle path nearby, which in total totals 11 kilometers of route along the sea. It is a very pleasant route, which is an activity truly highlighted by the inhabitants of Palma.
