Located in the picturesque fishing village of San Andrés, very close to black sand beaches and the Natural Park of Anaga. Recently refurbished, lovingly decorated, with Wifi fibre internet, Smart TV, air conditioning and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. It is a very cosy and bright penthouse, ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 4 people, with two pleasant bedrooms, a bright living room, connected to a large terrace with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Strategically located in the village of San Andrés, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local gastronomy. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washer/dryer, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, and a cot and high chair (subject to availability). On the terrace there are sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the views. The flat is on the fourth floor without lift. Located in front of a bus stop and very close to supermarkets and restaurants.
