Additional information about our properties: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - In case of loss of keys, pool cards or the garage remote control (if so) we will charge a surcharge according to the amount of the replacement. - The door opening service during the stay will have a surcharge (misuse of keys). - In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest will be responsible for the cost of this service in full. - Extra textiles and cleaning during the stay must be requested in advance, subject to availability, and will have a surcharge. - EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT extra services must be requested in advance and await confirmation of availability. In the event that an extra service is paid by credit card without prior consultation with our staff and if there is no availability, the refund will be partial according to the bank commission.

This cozy apartment has a modern living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable master bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony. In addition, in the building there is a swimming pool to which you will have access. This is your place! The resort has some beautiful garden areas and a shared pool. Moreover, you will be able to access the resort from different gates in different streets with the provided key. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00 hours from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays it is closed for maintenance work. The arrival at the house will be completely autonomous. We will be in contact with you before your arrival to answer any questions and assist you in any way we can! We will be available to assist our guests everyday from 8 am to 10 pm. In case that your check-in is later than 10 pm, please let us know in advance. The late check-in will be subject to availability. From 30/03/2025 to 03/04/2025 the pool will remain closed due to manteinance tasks.

If you are coming from La Gomera airport, you can take a bus from the company Global that will take you to the bus station of San Sebastián de La Gomera. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once at the bus station of San Sebastián de La Gomera, you can take the GuaguaGomera bus that will take you to Playa de Santiago. You can also get to Playa de Santiago by taxi, and, if you would like to enjoy a boat trip, you can take one of the ferrys from San Sebastián de la Gomera.
