Mother of 5 children, I'm French but I lived for 3 years in Benalmadena. I really fell in love with this town and in general with Andalucia so I decided to buy this beautiful apartment to spend my holidays there and to share this amazing place with people. I can help you get the best out of the city and its surrounding areas where only locals would go, do and eat. I'm very easy-going, flexible yet very detailed about making sure that the guests have everything that they need to make their stay a memorable experience.

This lovely apartment of 112 m² built (105 m² useful) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it make a perfect large group or family vacation. The living room includes a sofa bed for two guests and WiFi is included. There is a dining area with table fit up to 6 guests.The best advantage is the beautiful large terrace space of 24m2 with view of the Mediterranean. Also being in the front line of the beach cove makes this apartment a very attractive place to spend your holiday. A supermarket is located in the same building. Shops, bars, fabulous restaurants, Casino, bus and taxi stop, pharmacy, medical clinic…are situated in less that 2 minutes walking. There's a rooftop swimming pool ( open from May 1st and closes on September 31st. ) and large rooftop terrace for guest enjoyment. Cover parking with remote entrance is also available for free in the same building.There will be someone to greet you when you arrive at the apartment, show you the apartment and hand you the keys.

The area a small town resort but mainly locals live all year round so commerce is always open. Many shops, bars and restaurants are aligned along the coastal avenue as well as other more interesting attractions further inland. Bars, restaurants and supermarket, pharmacy and health clinic are just below the apartment. There are 4-5 beaches and coves to choose from. All within 10 minutes walk along the main road. For golf, this apartment is ideally located in the best place for golf, Torrequebrada is just behind the apartment about 5 minutes away, 10 minutes from the Parador Golf Course in Torremolinos and 15 minutes from Mijas golf courses el Chaparral. For children, there are a few minutes away from Aqualand, Crocodile Park, Selwo Marina, Sea Life, Tivoli and many others.
