Welcome to Square Rooms by Charming, your new go-to accommodation in the city of Madrid! Located in a strategic position between the city center and the airport, Square Rooms by Charming is a fantastic standalone building ideal for those seeking convenience and a comfortable stay during their time in Madrid. Our accommodation is located at Calle de Pegaso 17, just a few minutes from the “Pinar del Rey” metro station. Metro line 8 runs through this station, giving you easy access both to downtown Madrid and the airport, as this line goes directly to all terminals of Adolfo Suárez – Barajas Airport. Metro line 4, which connects directly to Goya and Argüelles, is a 13-minute walk away from the “Esperanza” station. Each room is also equipped with powerful air conditioning and heating, so you can enjoy the perfect temperature all year round. Square Rooms by Charming offers both single and double rooms. All rooms are provided with dressed beds, a set of towels per guest, and each has its own private bathroom with shower, supplied with shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. In some of the rooms you will also find a Smart TV, mini fridge, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, microwave, sink, plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery. In addition, the property offers common areas such as a co-working space and a shared lounge with TV, perfect for socializing with other guests. Ironing boards and irons are also available. Please note that there are 5 steps from the entrance to the elevator, and from the elevator to the third floor there are 15 steps.
