The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, is also available for your use. A shared pool is currently under construction, and will be available mid-June 2025. A parking space is available in a garage and free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. Community rules must be respected. The property has a step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
