The Wooden House is located in a small pedestrian square in the center of Las Palmas, in the heart of the commercial area of Triana. The house is developed vertically with a comfortable elevator that moves us between floors. We access it through the entrance located in Plaza Lagunetas, and on the first stop (first floor), we find the daytime area. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all in one open space with views of the flamboyant tree that gives life to Plaza Lagunetas. The second floor is dedicated to nighttime use: a bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room. The last stop takes us to the house's terrace, an ideal solarium at any time of the year.

Triana is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, recognized for being one of the main commercial and cultural areas of the city. It is located in the Centro district and extends from the historic district of Vegueta to Parque San Telmo. Finally, the Parque San Telmo is a historic park that has an 18th-century hermitage and a modern bus station that connects the city with other points on the island, being a popular meeting point for locals and visitors. Regarding cultural events and recreational activities, it is worth highlighting the Carnival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which is one of the most important events in the city, with numerous events and activities in Triana and other areas of the city. The San Juan festivities are also celebrated, with cultural and religious events in different parts of the city, including Triana. In addition, the Mercado de Vegueta, located a short distance from Triana, offers fresh local products and is an excellent opportunity to get to know Canarian gastronomy. Finally, strolling through the old town of Vegueta from Triana is an ideal experience to explore the cobbled streets, squares, and monuments, such as the Cathedral of Santa Ana and the Casa de Colón.
