Villa with private pool near Son Bou

The distance to the beach of Son Bou and the commercial center is about 2 kms and although you can go for a walk if the temperatures allow it, for your comfort, it is very important to know that we recommend you to have your own or a rented vehicle. Keep in mind that the area of Torre Solí is residential and you have to go to the commercial center of Son Bou to make any kind of purchase. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with native plants, each villa has a private pool where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of the environment from the terrace. The Villas are surrounded by a hedge so the privacy of these villas is not total, something that should be taken into account. This accommodation is on a "self-catering" basis, that is, accommodation only, so no supermarket products or food services etc. are provided, so the client must self-cater.

Complex of 3 and 2 bedroom villas each with its own private swimming pool.. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and soak in the serenity of your private pool. A comfortable and cosy retreat for unforgettable experiences. Villas are allocated according to availability on the day of arrival. Both the Standard and Superior villas have been recently refurbished between 2024 and 2025. Please note that the sea views are distant and partial. Also, there are 3 villas without sea views. Please note that the images in the advert are representative of a group of several flats so disposition, views or pool shape could change. However, they all share the same features and amenities. Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or items such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the experience without altering the functionality of the villas. Please note that a damage deposit of between 900 euros is required depending on the level of the property booked. Alternatively, a damage deposit waiver (non-refundable) can be taken out to cover any accidental material damage up to the amount of the damage deposit. We hope you have lots of laughs and fun times during your holiday! However, we would be very grateful if you would be careful to keep noise to a minimum during the night hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the entire stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sandy beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming village in the interior of the island, and 18 km from Mahón, the island's capital. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.
