The property is located within walking distance of the lovely village of Moraira, only 1 hour drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. There are lovely bars and restaurants within the village, and a few are within walking distance of the apartment. Calpe and Denia are close by within 20 minutes driving, the Bernia mountains offer spectacular views and restaurants. The entire community is very quiet and offers a very relaxing atmosphere We have private off road parking. The communal pool and gardens offer tranquility and privacy
Although we live downstairs from the Apartment, we do not intrude on your privacy, this is your holiday, and we at all times respect that. We are available to you should you require assistance with trips or places to visit.
