El Coto del Golf is a private and peaceful condominium located in la Manga that has a beach in the resort. This modern townhouse has access to the community pool and garden area which back onto the North Golf Course. 10 minutes away you can visit Calblanque (Natural Reserve), and 15 minutes from the resort you have Cabo de Palos with its astonishing lighthouse. It's a perfect place to rest and enjoy holidays with the family almost any time of the year as the micro-climate that builds in this area, is almost guaranteeing the sun with mild temperatures most of the year (max 33ºC in July and August). Enter the property into a hallway where the cloakroom is located, and the living area is up a few steps. The open plan living/dining room is well furnished, and has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and a selection of books. Patio doors open to a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque. The terrace connects with the lawned community garden and down a few steps is the pool, which has an area sectioned off for small children. The kitchen leads off the living room. This spacious room is fully fitted and well equipped, with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor and fridge freezer. There is also an additional dining area in the kitchen, and the door leads out to the terrace and lawn. On the top floor there is a magnificent solarium to soak in the sun all year round.
