Impressive Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
This spectacular property features a large living room with an integrated kitchen connected to a porch of over 70 meters.
The 2000 square meter plot has a large front garden and a pool and garden with sun loungers in the rear area. Additionally, it has a gym area by the pool. Perfect for children's activities such as ping pong table, adjustable basketball hoop, soccer, etc.
The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find:
- Living room + kitchen (80m2)
- Bathroom
- Bedroom with double bed + sofa bed
- 70m2 porch with views of the pool and connected with the living room
On the upper floor you will find:
