Villa Bonita is located in sector A of Camposol urbanisation, within a couple of minutes walk of the shops and bars. The villa has use of a communal swimming pool shared between a small number of houses, and the pool area is fenced and gated, visitors will be provided with a key. Sunbeds and chairs are available round the pool. The property has a front terrace, with a sitting area, and a small front garden. At the rear there is a large walled patio with dining table and chairs, and a staircase from here leads to the large roof terrace, which has sunbeds and enjoys excellent views of the area. Inside the villa there is a living room with air conditioning, ceiling fan and pellet burner for winter lets. A large flat screen TV has UK TV channels, and many movies and series via Netflix. There is a dining area in the living room. The kitchen has worktops, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, and plenty of cupboard space. There are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. One has a 150cm king size bed and the other has a double bed. The bathroom has bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and basin. The property is in excellent condition and there is free parking outside the villa. Sunbeds and sunchairs are provided. It is not necessary to have a car to stay here, all the facilities are within walking distance and there is a bus service to the town and beach. The area is served by two airports. Murcia International is 35 minutes away, and has flights from several UK airports. Alicante airport is just over an hour away. We have lived in Spain for nearly 16 years, and have just relocated from Malaga to Mazarron. Recently we purchased this villa and we have renovated and furnished it to a level at which we are delighted to offer it as a comfortable and stylish holiday home.

Urbanisation Camposol is only a few minutes from the town of Mazarron, and just over 10 minutes from the beaches and facilities of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. There is a golf course in the urbanisation. Within Camposol there are two commercial centres, with many shops, bars and restaurants. There are two supermarkets supplying everything you will need for your stay. Our property is located within a couple of minutes walk of one of the commercial centres, and the other can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Most of the shop and bar staff speak English so visitors need not be concerned about any communication problems.
