Beautiful house located in the quiet rural area with countryside views, near the beaches Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo, Cala D´Hort, etc. The house consists of living room with sofas, satellite TV, DVD and sound system, fully-equipped kitchen with pantry, dining room with fire-place, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has double bed and en-suite bathroom with tub, there are one more bedroom with double bed, 3 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with shower. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern convenience to spend your vacations comfortably like WiFi, Alarm, Satellite TV, etc. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The house is set on 800 sq.m. plot, fenced and equipped electric car gate. It has parking area, garden, al fresco dining area with big table and barbecue, chill-out, beautiful swimming pool of 10 x 3,5 m with sun terrace with sun beds and also several furnished porch-terraces, perfect to relax or to have a drink.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in quiet rural area, surrounded by pine woods and at less than 10-minute-drive from nice sandy beach Cala Vadella, ideal for children. In Cala Vadella you also have restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, diving center and so on. Beautiful beaches of Cala Carbo and Cala D´Hort (famous for its views to Es Vedra and its sunsets) are also within 10-15 minute drive. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is only at 1 km from the house. San Jose, where you have banks, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and other services is at 8 km. We recommend to rent a car for your holiday, this way you will have more freedom to move around without wasting time waiting for a taxi, and you will be able to explore all the corners of the island easily.
