Beatifull Villa / House with swimmingpool (240 m in 2 floor, 890 of garden). Located in Roche one of the most beautiful places in Cadiz, Andalucia, Spain. In a pinetree forest beside a sandy beach. The sunny Villa has a nice and well kipped garden with a beautiful swimmingpool. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, plus service room and bathroom, and closet wc at the hall-entrance. Hot water shower outside. Two livingrooms, porche and outside dinning with BBK for 14 people. The house is fully equipped, kitchenware, tableware, shits, towels, 4 bathrooms have bath with shower, 1 with shower and one toilet for visits in the hall entrance only with wc. The living room includes a dining room for 8/10 person
One of my main hobbies is to travell. Thanks to that I know how to make my guests feel. Make them feel like they are in their own houses. Spending a few days in our villa will make you disconnect from your day to day and thanks to a privileged situation you will be able to enjoy our paradise.
Roche is an urbanization within a pine forest with Atlantic juniper cliffs overlooking a magnificent beach, north and south bordered by a coastal nature reserve of priceless beauty and natural wealth where you can walk and practice sports and hobbies (cycling, jogging, photography, etc.). The urbanization has Padel, Tennis, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Petanque courts, as well as gardens, playground, pine forest marked for walks and jogging, health park with exercise machines for the elderly. In addition to several restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a coffee or a cold beer under the pines, supermarket, press, bakery / confectionery, prepared meals, real estate, renovations, hotel, hairdresser, etc.. You can also enjoy a nice wooden beach bar with splendid terrace on the beach, this during the summer months has lifeguards and water sports classes such as surfing. Common sports areas, tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.. And on the beach surf school and nice beach bar. And at 1500 m from the Restaurant El Timón de Roche.
